United Pet Care (UPC), founded in Arizona in early 1996, offers a pet healthcare program that includes preventative, diagnostic, surgical, emergency, and special areas of care. In-office medications are also included in the UPC program. As concerned pet owners, we realize that healthcare programs for pets are fast becoming a necessity in today’s economic environment. Our goal is to provide a program that allows pet owners to receive the best care possible for their pet, without straining their budget.

Now Featuring Pet-Rays Alta Mesa has added PetRays to our hospital services. Now every x-ray taken at our hospital is carefully examined and reported on by a board certified radiologist to ensure the best, most specific, and accurate diagnosis for your pet.

Introducing Stem Cell Therapy for Dogs

Alta Mesa Animal Hospital has recently added regenerative medicine therapy to our many services.  Our doctors are credentialed to provide stem cell therapy to our canine patients.  This process uses your pet’s own fat, collected through a short anesthetic procedure, to harvest adult stem cells specifically from your pet.  These same adult stem cells are then processed and injected into the areas that are causing pain such as hips, elbows, knees and more, to aid in the regenerative process of the affected joints.
