In our efforts to protect your pet and enhance the human animal bond, Alta Mesa is now providing one complimentary pet I.D. card for each of your pets seen for their annual exam.
Each card will have a photo of your pet and will include information such as:
- Vaccine Status
- Health reminders and due dates
- Microchip number
- Important health information
- Your Contact information
- Your veterinarians contact information

All you have to do is bring in your pet for the annual exam and a current photo will be taken and your I.D. card will be mailed directly to you.
